At Beardsage, each order is prepared with care and intention. Below is what you can expect once your order is placed.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During periods of high demand or limited releases, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order carefully.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Delays

While we do our best to ship promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Incorrect or lost packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Beardsage is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
