Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from Beardsage.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it and make things right.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
